Our Property Service Management beholds a wide range of services which can be used separately or taken as a complete package.


We offer 2 general packages of services used mostly together, please contact us if you would like a separate service! When you have decided which services you want us to render, we'll draw up a legally binding contract which will be renewed on a yearly basis. It's great to come on holidays to your property abroad, but it's also great to know that someone's looking after things when you're not around!

Our standard packs are:

1. Light pack:
 keyholding, looking after property 1x/month, regular feed back about your property, arranging earthquake/building & contents insurance (price of the insurance not included)
400,- GBP/1 year

2. Comprehensive pack:
 * keyholding
* looking after property/airing out 2x/month
* spring clean of your property
* spring clean of your garden
* paying of monthly fees/taxes/complex bills
* arranging earthquake/building&contents insurance (price of the insurance not included)
* regular feed back about your property
1000,- GBP/1 year

Other services:
* renting out your property for holidays: on request
* renting out your property permanently: 1 month's rent
* laundry service: 10,- GBP/machine load
* gardening: 20,- GBP/month or 30 GBP/time
* installation/setting of satellite disc tv: 35, - GBP (price materials not included)
* furnishing: on request
* insurance services: 40,- GBP/insurance
* opening bank accounts: 20,- GBP/person

NOTE: Another way to keep your investment growing, is to put your savings in a Turkish savings account. Savings accounts can be put in TL (Turkish Lira) or in a foreign currency.
While interest rates all over Europe have dropped to a phenomenal 0,.. % the interest rate for TL-denominated savings accounts is still around 10%.

Via ons Property Service Management kunt u uw vastgoed in Turkije met een gerust hart achterlaten: wij zorgen ervoor!


Hierna vindt u een aantal diensten waavan u gebruik kunt maken, wij stelden voor u 2 pakketten samen die vaak gevraagd worden! Daarnaast kunt u desgewenst bepaalde diensten apart aanvragen. Wanneer u beslist heeft welke diensten u wil, maken wij een rechtsgeldig en gedetailleerd contract op dat op jaarlijkse basis hernieuwd kan worden.

Ons pakket-aanbod:
1. Light pakket:
sleutelbewaring, controle van het vastgoed 1x/maand, regelmatige feed-back over uw vastgoed, afsluiten van aardbeving/woonverzekering (prijs van de verzekering niet inbegrepen):
500,- EUR/1 jaar

2. Volledig pakket:
* sleutel-bewaring
* controle en verluchting vastgoed 2x/maand
* lenteschoonmaak van het vastgoed
* lenteschoonmaak van uw tuin
* betalen van maandelijkse bijdragen/site-rekeningen/belastingen
* afsluiten van aardbeving/woonverzekering (prijs van de verzekering niet inbegrepen)
* regelmatige feed-back over uw vastgoed
1300,- EUR/1 jaar

Andere diensten:
* uw vastgoed verhuren voor vakantie: op aanvraag
* uw vastgoed voor onbepaalde tijd verhuren : 1 maand huur
* wasserij:  15,- EUR/wasvat
* tuinonderhoud: 45,- EUR/maand of 55 EUR/keer
* satelliet installeren en tv instellen: 50,- EUR (materialen niet inbegrepen)
* het vastgoed bemeubelen: op aanvraag
* verzekeringen afsluiten: 50,- EUR/verzekering
* openen bankrekening: 25,- EUR/persoon

OPMERKING: U kunt uw investering in Turkije nog opdrijven door uw geld op een Turkse spaarrekening te zetten. In Turkije kunt u rekeningen openen in TL (Turkse Lira) of in een vreemde munt. Terwijl de interest op spaarrekeningen in Europa op een historisch dieptepunt staan, brengt een spaarrekening in TL nog steeds een gemiddelde nominale intrest van 10% op!
